Placement and assembly of an air group with gantry

How to go about placing and assembling an air group with a gantry? In this project it occurred in several stages. First, we brought up the different components of the air group, where we installed them. We then tackled the assembly thereof. The weight of these components varied from 100 to 500 kg. In order to be able to manipulate them we had to make use of our compact gantry. Using the necessary hoists, we finally were successful in placing everything safely and correctly..

Using the telescopic handler

We used our telescopic handler to hoist the air group about eight meters into the air. We then got all components ready and assembled them. Finally, we placed them on rubber matting and covered everything with plastic. The next day, all the client had to do was connect everything.
